Junior Pastry Chef

This class is purposely designed to invite the boys and girls ages 8 to 12 years old to experience to be the junior pastry chef.
Under the supervision from our professional pastry chef, they will learn a lot about the fundamental of pastry chef skills that will be the stepping stone for years of delicious baked goods.
In this program they will learn how to process simple ingredients such as flour, eggs, sugar and butter and turn them into something delicious. Along with essential baking techniques, our profesional pastry chef will provide hints and tips to assist them.
All classes are taught by a Culinary Professional, with adult assistant.
No prior cooking experience is required, just an interest to learn.
