  • Continental bread

    Continental bread is one of the daily staple breads. Continental bread contains yeast, which makes for a light yet flavorful bread, with a typical Italian and European crust. Examples include baguettes, ciabatta, and sourdough bread

  • Sweet bread

    Sweet bread, also referred to as pan dulce, buns or coffee bread, is a bread or cake that is typically sweet in flavour

  • A cookie

    A cookie is a small sweet, crispy or cake-like pastry most often made with flour, sugar, liquid and fat. They are characterized by: High sugar content. High fat content. Low moisture. For example is chocolate chips cookie, sugar cookie, and butter cookie

  • Pies and tarts

    This is a list of pies and tarts. A pie is a baked or fried dish which is usually made of a pastry dough casing that covers or completely contains a filling of various sweet or savoury ingredients. A tart is a baked dish consisting of a filling over a pastry base with an open top not covered with pastry. For example quiche, strawberry pie, and chocolate tarts

Time table of 2 weeks program

This program is created for all pastry and bakery enthusiast who wants to fulfill their curiosity and passion in pastry and bakery world in short amount of time but full of education and also entrepreneurship for you who wants to be an entrepreneur in pastry and bakery industry. We held this program on weekdays for two weeks every Monday until Friday class.
